Hofer’s Mobile Mechanics Warranty Terms and Conditions

Warranty Coverage

Hofer’s Mobile Mechanics provides a warranty on all repairs and parts installed for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. This warranty covers defects and failures due to:

Premature failure of parts installed by Hofer’s Mobile Mechanics

Use of incorrect parts supplied by Hofer’s Mobile Mechanics

Improper installation of parts by Hofer’s Mobile Mechanics

Warranty Verification

All warranty claims must undergo verification to confirm that the failure is caused by one of the above conditions. Verification includes inspection of the work performed and the parts installed.

Warranty Voiding Conditions

This warranty will be void and not honored if:

The vehicle or repaired components have been modified, altered, or worked on by anyone other than Hofer’s Mobile Mechanics after our service.

There is evidence of misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance beyond normal wear and tear.

The failure is due to conditions unrelated to the original repair or parts provided.

Claim Procedure

To make a warranty claim, please contact Hofer’s Mobile Mechanics as soon as the issue is noticed. Proof of original service and parts must be provided. Hofer’s Mobile Mechanics reserves the right to inspect the vehicle and the repairs before authorizing any warrantied work or replacements.

Limitations

This warranty is limited to repairs and parts provided by Hofer’s Mobile Mechanics and does not cover consequential damages, incidental costs, or any repairs not performed directly by us.

These terms constitute the entire warranty agreement provided by Hofer’s Mobile Mechanics. No other warranties, expressed or implied, are provided.
