If you were involved in a vehicle accident, please call 911 immediately.Hofer’s Mobile Mechanics provides emergency vehicle service only. We are not medical personnel and cannot respond to medical emergencies.
Some roadside repairs cannot be completed the same night due to safety, lighting, parts availability, or the severity of the failure. In these cases, towing may be required.
All emergency service calls require payment of the service call fee upfront, and this fee is non‑refundable.

🚨 Emergency Service Call Fee – Tiered Pricing
🔧 Normal Hours (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–6 PM)$150 Service Call FeeStandard emergency response during regular business hours.
🌙 After‑Hours (Mon–Fri after 6 PM, Sat–Sun all day)$250 Service Call FeeCovers nighttime, weekend, and limited‑availability emergency response.
🎉 Holidays / Severe Weather / Peak Demand$300 Service Call FeePremium rate for federal holidays, storms, freezes, or high‑demand periods.
Notes:
Fee covers dispatch, travel, and on‑site assessment.
Fee is non‑refundable.
Parts and labor are billed separately.
Some issues may require towing if repairs cannot be safely completed roadside.
You will receive a secure payment link within 30 minutes.
The full Emergency Service Call Fee must be paid before dispatch.
You will also receive a shop estimate that must be signed before a technician is sent out.
The Emergency Service Call Fee covers dispatch, travel, and the initial on‑site assessment to determine whether the issue can be safely repaired roadside.
It does not include parts or labor beyond the initial assessment.
